About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Develop breadth and depth of knowledge of ERP and other systems and processes in assigned functional areas and products.
  • Recommend and develop business process improvements.
  • Analyze cross-functional impacts of business and systems processes.
  • Identify and recommend process modifications and enhancements with users.
  • Document and model current and improved business processes and associated data.
  • Document system knowledge and test planning for projects and initiatives.
  • Deliver system knowledge to new and existing users.
  • Meet with customers and IT Management to discuss, prioritize, and report on application enhancements.
  • Keep customers informed of business analysis work progress.
  • Support users by reporting issues, responding timely, engaging IT resources, documenting resolutions, analyzing request patterns, and closing tickets.
  • Perform root cause analysis and support process and system improvements.
  • Provide system knowledge transfer to super users and help desk support.
  • Deliver support within response and resolution service levels.
  • Develop proficiency in agile project management principles and processes.
  • Manage project aspects including stakeholder status updates, issue tracking, escalation and resolution, and documentation updates.
  • Document business requirements and develop user acceptance test objectives, plans, and scripts.
  • Execute system and user acceptance tests.
  • Plan and estimate business analysis work.
  • Monitor adherence to business analysis standards and guidelines.
  • Meet project quality, schedule, and cost commitments.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • 1-3 years business analysis experience.
  • 1-3 years exposure to Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.
  • Good communication skills to multiple levels of the organization.
  • Organized / detailed orientation is required.
  • Microsoft Excel, Word, Project, Visio.
  • Facilitation and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Travel as necessary (<10%).
