About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage dealership portfolio to meet and exceed sales and productivity goals across all products
- Assist dealers in maximizing the financial opportunity of the program through customized action plans
- Drive service advisor effectiveness, training, and retail strategies through coaching and training
- Collaborate with Service Managers, Parts Managers, and other dealer stakeholders to determine product screens, inventory levels, and competitive pricing
- Develop and maintain a consistent monthly contact schedule with dealers
- Track all activity and maintain account information in Salesforce
- Maintain knowledge of current industry trends
- Share best practices across the team and dealership network to support continuous improvement
- Serve as a strategic advisor for a Nissan/Infiniti dealership portfolio
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required
- Prior professional experience selling with territory management skills
- Highly organized with strong follow-up skills
- Full understanding of all aspects of the sales process, including business planning, training, retail selling, and inventory
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Be located within assigned territory
- Strong customer relationship skills and ability to sell at the top
- Meet Dealer Tire’s Motor Vehicle Record Policy and Company Vehicle Fleet Policy requirements
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Subject to random drug testing
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Frequent bending, crouching, and twisting
- Ability to drive and travel extensively to customer accounts, up to 80%
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
