About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure groups, benefits, and eligibility information is loaded to applicable systems in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure group/member information is available by contract effective date to support claims and customer service processes
  • Draft account-specific documents for new and renewing major and/or national accounts using the Masters as a base
  • Plan, design, and execute assigned projects
  • Work independently and in a team setting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor degree and 2 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience OR 6 years of Dental/Medical/Life or Disability experience
  • Business systems experience
  • Knowledge at an application level with various DN corporate systems applications (Genelco, CaseTrack, Salesforce, DocGen/P&C, etc.)
  • Knowledge of Healthcare/Dental/Life or Disability insurance terminology
  • Knowledge of HCSC, Dearborn Group, business processes and customers
  • Organizational and analytical skills
  • Experience with business requirements development for new systems and processes, and changes to existing systems and processes
  • Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience meeting deadlines
  • Experience working independently and in a team setting with the planning, design and execution of assigned projects
  • Detail oriented, self-motivated, efficient and flexible
  • PC proficient in Microsoft Access, Excel, and other Office 365 products
  • LOMA certification preferred
