About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build strong relationships with business leaders, providing expert people advice and guidance
  • Partner with leaders to develop and execute people strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Provide insights and recommendations on workforce planning, succession planning, talent development, and organizational effectiveness
  • Leverage people analytics and data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities that drive business outcomes
  • Support organizational design initiatives aligning structure, capability, and business strategy
  • Lead talent review and succession planning activities
  • Identify critical talent and key roles while driving development and career progression plans
  • Support leadership development and talent management programs
  • Coach leaders on performance management and employee development best practices
  • Provide guidance on employee relations matters and help resolve employee issues
  • Ensure compliance with employment legislation, company policies, and HR best practices
  • Lead people-related aspects of organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Support business transformation projects through stakeholder engagement and change management
  • Foster an inclusive, engaging, and high-performing culture aligned with Dechra's values
  • Analyze employee feedback and engagement data to develop action plans
  • Execute core HR processes, including performance management, talent reviews, compensation planning, and workforce planning
  • Champion continuous improvement across People & Culture processes and systems
  • Support adoption of HR technology and data-driven decision-making practices

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Proven experience as an HR Business Partner within a complex, matrixed organization
  • Demonstrated experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) and/or Sales organizations
  • Experience partnering with senior leaders and leadership teams
  • Successful track record leading organizational change and transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations
  • Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
  • Experience leveraging HR systems, people analytics, and workforce data to support decision-making
  • Strong business acumen and commercial mindset
  • Ability to influence, coach, and challenge leaders effectively
  • Exceptional relationship-building and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching capabilities
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, global environment
