About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Prepare for the anticipated launch of tirabrutinib for relapsed or refractory primary central nervous system lymphoma
- Lead a regional sales team
- Build regional business plans and define actions, timelines, and success metrics
- Analyze market dynamics, customer segments, and business performance
- Identify customer needs and align organizational resources
- Provide strategic input to commercial planning, tools, resources, and field execution strategies
- Develop data-driven business performance assessments and recommendations
- Lead team execution to achieve or exceed business objectives
- Ensure effective use of CRM systems and other tools
- Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver a compliant customer experience
- Optimize territory alignment, customer targeting, and field activities
- Ensure completion of administrative and compliance-related activities
- Coach, provide feedback to, and manage sales team performance
- Establish performance expectations and implement targeted development plans
- Foster continuous learning, improvement, and accountability
- Attract, develop, and retain talent
- Partner with Market Access, Marketing, Medical, Commercial Operations, and Training

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline
- 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
- 3+ years of front-line malignant hematology sales experience
- 5+ years of experience in malignant hematology or oncology sales leadership roles
- Experience recruiting, organizing, developing, and retaining a cohesive, high-performing sales team
- Proven track record of delivering results in competitive, complex environments
- Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and inform business strategy
- Experience collaborating across cross-functional partners to achieve business objectives
- Strong communication, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills
- Preferred: advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD)
- Preferred: oncology or specialty pharmaceutical experience
- Preferred: experience in rare disease and/or complex, access-driven markets
- Preferred: experience supporting or building commercial capabilities
- Preferred: strong understanding of the full commercial ecosystem
- Preferred: experience leading in dynamic, fast-paced, or growth-oriented environments
- Preferred: ability to influence without authority and operate across multiple levels of the organization
