Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, life sciences, or related discipline
  • 12+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry
  • 3+ years of front-line malignant hematology sales experience
  • 5+ years of experience in malignant hematology or oncology sales leadership roles
  • Experience recruiting, organizing, developing, and retaining a cohesive, high-performing sales team
  • Proven track record of delivering results in competitive, complex environments
  • Ability to analyze data, generate insights, and inform business strategy
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners
  • Strong communication, leadership presence, and interpersonal skills
  • Oncology or specialty pharmaceutical experience preferred
  • Experience in rare disease and/or complex, access-driven markets preferred
  • Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH, PharmD, PhD) preferred
