About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support deployment of Deepki’s sustainability data intelligence SaaS platform to DACH clients
- Coordinate with project managers and internal teams throughout deployment
- Liaise between client functional entities and Deepki teams to streamline communication and align deployment goals
- Execute the project global strategy and propose efficient, business-oriented operating processes
- Participate in technical platform implementation and translate client needs into technical functionalities
- Assess platform evolutions and enhancements
- Support operational teams during transition of new client accounts, data migration and process alignment
- Conduct comprehensive data collection and identify existing and new data sources for platform integration
- Analyze customer data to optimize the application and associated processes
- Test and improve application configurations and technical processes
- Understand client sustainability priorities, frameworks and reporting requirements
- Translate sustainability priorities into deployment-strategy actions and contribute to Deepki’s roadmap
- Coordinate Customer Solution Engineering, Customer Success Management and Product teams
- Apply internal information systems security policy and report security incidents
- Mentor junior consultants and lead internal workstreams improving operational efficiency and processes
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Engineering, Real Estate, Business or similar degree that enables success in the role
- 8+ years of experience in management consulting overseeing the deployment of complex IT projects
- Strong project management skills and ability to coordinate multiple deployment streams concurrently
- Fluency in German and English mandatory
- Outstanding stakeholder relationship management and problem-solving skills
- Hands-on approach to operational aspects, implementation, execution, testing and roll-out
- Passion for the environmental transition
- Fit with Deepki’s values: Trust, Care & Act
- Experience in SaaS, sustainability and climate change management, or real estate industry is nice to have
- Willingness to mentor more junior consultants and lead internal operational-efficiency workstreams
