About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the Sales Operations support channel in Slack
  • Answer questions from sales teams and keep the support queue moving
  • Take requests end to end by diagnosing issues, resolving them where possible, and involving Operations, Salesforce Administration or Finance when needed
  • Help sellers navigate Salesforce, including opportunities, quotes, accounts and the sales process
  • Investigate and correct data quality issues before they delay deals
  • Build documentation and guides enabling sellers to resolve similar issues themselves
  • Identify recurring issues and flag them to the team for root-cause resolution
  • Provide extended support at quarter-end and year-end when deal volume peaks
  • Support the global sales organisation of more than 250 Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives and Customer Success Managers
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Product and Customer Success teams to deliver tailored client solutions

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 2-4 years experience in sales support, sales operations, revenue operations or CRM administration
  • Working knowledge of Salesforce or a comparable CRM
  • Good understanding of how a sales process runs
  • Genuine service mindset with clear boundaries
  • Ownership and ability to drive requests to resolution
  • Comfortable working conversationally in Slack and managing several threads at once
  • Strong attention to detail, particularly where data accuracy affects revenue
  • Excellent written and verbal English
  • Ability to explain processes clearly
  • Based in Austin, Texas
  • Able to work from the Austin office around two days a week
  • Willing to work extended hours at quarter-end and year-end
  • Exposure to billing systems such as ChargeBee, Zuora or similar and how they connect to a CRM
