About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Build a network of consultancies and system integrators that bring Deeploy into enterprise AI governance deals
  • Plan target accounts, pitch and scope opportunities with partners
  • Drive co-sell deals to close alongside account executives
  • Shape partner programme tiers, incentives and reporting
  • Track partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline
  • Provide partners with messaging, pitch materials and onboarding
  • Organise webinars and roundtables with partners and Marketing
  • Present at joint events
  • Translate partner and market feedback into insights for sales and product
  • Report directly to the COO
  • Work closely with sales, marketing, product and the broader GTM team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3+ years in partnerships, alliances or enterprise sales in software (data, AI, security, GRC or similar), ideally selling with or through consultancies and system integrators
  • Track record of co-selling complex enterprise deals with partners and account executives
  • Experience building or running a partner programme, including tiers, incentives and pipeline reporting
  • Genuine interest in AI governance, risk and compliance
  • Ability to explain AI governance's business value to executives and compliance stakeholders
  • Strong ownership
  • Fluency in English
  • Existing network among European consultancies and system integrators (nice-to-have)
  • Familiarity with the EU AI Act or frameworks such as ISO 42001 (nice-to-have)
  • Experience in a start-up or fast-paced scale-up environment (nice-to-have)
  • Another European language (nice-to-have)
