About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the key liaison between IT and Finance
Lead the ERP transformation from SAP to Oracle Fusion Finance modules
Partner with Finance leadership to understand business requirements
Translate Finance needs into technical solutions
Work with IT teams, integrations, and implementation partners
Set realistic expectations regarding system capabilities and feasibility
Act as the face of the ERP implementation between IT and Finance
Manage challenging Finance stakeholders and professionally push back when needed
Lead an initial team of 4 direct reports

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 3 years of Oracle Fusion Financial Modules experience
Completed at least one end-to-end Oracle Fusion ERP implementation within the finance modules
Strong techno-functional capability, including working with IT, integrations, and implementation partners and partnering with Finance leadership
3+ years of team leadership experience, including coaching and mentoring teams
Ability to professionally push back when needed
Strong communication skills and executive presence
Ability to partner with both IT and Finance stakeholders
Ability to set expectations clearly regarding system feasibility
