About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide technical leadership across all AI Cybersecurity Program workstreams
Define and validate technical requirements, use cases, architecture principles, and solution designs
Evaluate and recommend AI security technologies, products, and vendors
Ensure solutions align with client security standards, architecture principles, and operational requirements
Lead technical assessments, proof-of-concepts, vendor demonstrations, and technology evaluations
Support selection and deployment of AI detection and response, AI activity monitoring and governance, vulnerability management automation, AI threat detection and response, AI evasion in videoconferencing technologies, secure browser technologies, and password management solutions
Partner with Enterprise Architecture and Digital teams to ensure business and technical requirements are met
Guide technical integrations and configuration of selected tools and existing security tools
Coordinate Transition to Operations activities across support teams
Ensure operational processes, documentation, monitoring, and support requirements are established before production deployment
Work with communications teams on technical details in end-user notification and training materials
Work with managed service providers and operational teams to ensure successful adoption
Provide ongoing governance and oversight of deployed solutions
Monitor solution effectiveness and operational outcomes
Drive continuous improvement and optimization throughout the contract term

Requirements

What you’ll need

10+ years of cybersecurity experience
5+ years in a technical lead, security architect, or cybersecurity engineering leadership role
Experience with enterprise security tool selection and implementation
Strong knowledge of common security tools
Experience with Microsoft and CrowdStrike preferred
Experience working with large-scale cybersecurity transformation programs
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
