About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of sales experience in commercial construction or a related industry
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Ability to work independently, manage your own schedule, and prioritize opportunities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and time management
  • Experience in the elevator industry, commercial building systems, or a related technical field preferred
  • Mechanical or electrical aptitude preferred
  • Willingness to complete technical training within the first 6 months
