About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own the identity inventory, correlation service, and graph tracing where identities can go
- Deliver the identity graph and correlation service that resolve scattered accounts into one person or AI agent
- Own the inventory and resource explorer, including coverage and freshness
- Define how effective access is computed through nested groups
- Publish contracts, schemas, and a change feed; enforce schema stability through build failures
- Define latency and consistency classes for graph queries
- Create a converged plan for existing correlation and graph stores with operating teams
- Validate replacement data paths before migration
- Design adoptable services with product teams consuming the data
- Maintain tenant isolation and control access to cross-tenant queries
- Track quarterly team onboarding to contracts and promote API-first integration
- Collaborate with graph engineering, data science, and dependent product teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5+ years in product management
- Familiarity with identity and access management (IAM), privileged access management (PAM), and identity governance (IGA)
- Understanding of modern AI/ML concepts, including large language models, multi-agent systems, context engineering, MCP (Model Context Protocol), and A2A (Agent-to-Agent Protocol)
- Expertise in model fine-tuning and training
- Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
- Experience working with data scientists, engineers, and UX professionals
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices for enterprise software and AI products
- Record of managing and launching AI-driven or data-centric products through the full product lifecycle
- Experience supporting or growing open-source AI platforms and/or direct customer-facing products
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP preferred
- Experience with PAM/IGA governance initiatives preferred
- Experience engaging with open-source or technical user communities preferred
- Successful completion of a comprehensive criminal background check
