About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as a technical subject matter expert for Delinea’s Privilege Access services and product offerings
  • Act as the customer trusted advisor for solution deployment, obstacle resolution and maximizing customer investment
  • Monitor customer health and communicate results with regional sales, support and renewals teams
  • Deliver remote services including software configuration, onboarding and training
  • Resolve high-priority issues impacting customer service delivery
  • Track bugs, product releases and security vulnerabilities and proactively notify customers
  • Advocate for customer interests with Delinea Engineering and Product Management
  • Conduct review sessions validating plans, configurations and designs
  • Document customer environment details for Support and Engineering teams
  • Coordinate and oversee the Early Beta Access program, including testing and validation
  • Travel primarily in North America to customer facilities for Quarterly Business Reviews and solution assessments, subject to restrictions
  • Maintain customer performance measured through satisfaction surveys
  • Build internal relationships to influence functional groups and resolve customer issues
  • Develop and present executive-facing reports with situational updates, analysis and escalation themes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role as a Customer Success Manager, Helpdesk Manager, Support Engineer, Professional Services Consultant or Sales Engineer
  • Understanding of applications, infrastructure and processes used in large organizations that are typically integrated with Privilege Access Management solutions
  • Previous experience with Delinea or other Privilege Access Service solutions such as CyberArk or BeyondTrust is a plus
  • Experience leading large, transformational technology projects that cross typical enterprise silos
  • Experience addressing significant technical challenges with minimal supervision or guidance
  • Ability to plan, organize, and prioritize multiple projects and responsibilities weekly
  • Comfortable interfacing directly with complex, multi-divisional, multi-geographical clients, preferably at director level
  • Ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information
  • Prior success delivering objectives consistently and professionally through expected and unforeseen challenges
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in a professional setting, with ability to articulate complex operations to technical audiences
  • Ability to construct clear and concise documentation identifying current operational procedures and proposed modifications
  • Microsoft Active Directory administration and design experience
  • Microsoft Windows Server administration and engineering experience
  • Expertise with at least one major IaaS provider such as Microsoft Azure or Amazon
  • UNIX and/or Linux administration experience in large organizations
  • Experience with cloud or as-a-service solutions
  • Strong compliance knowledge including PCI, SOX and GLBA as related to infrastructure security and access management
  • Working knowledge of UNIX authentication and authorization management, PAM, NSS and Kerberos
  • Experience with other PAS solutions such as BeyondTrust or CyberArk
  • Demonstrated capabilities with scripting languages such as Perl and PowerShell
  • Criminal background check, education verification and employment verification required upon conditional offer
