About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own and elevate the guest-facing ordering experience across thousands of global restaurant locations
Set the multi-quarter design vision and end-to-end guest experience across attract screen, menu browsing, customization, upsell, checkout, payment hand-off, confirmation, and edge states
Define and own the Kiosk guest product roadmap
Drive guest-funnel metrics including order completion rate, time-to-order, attach rate, average ticket size, and abandonment points
Synthesize behavioral data, restaurant visits, support insights, and competitive teardowns into prioritized product briefs and sequencing decisions
Build high-fidelity interactive and code-based prototypes and validate flows with real guests
Deliver detailed design-to-code specifications covering tokens, states, motion, and accessibility
Conduct design QA on staging builds
Architect and govern a multi-tenant Kiosk white-label design system across restaurant brands, hardware types, assets, and internationalization requirements
Use AI tools to accelerate research, specification writing, ideation, and delivery
Lead cross-functional decisions with engineers, product managers, and commercial leads across global regions
Mentor peer designers through pairing and critique

Requirements

What you’ll need

5+ years of experience in product design
Outstanding portfolio demonstrating visual craft, interaction design, and product thinking
Experience in Kiosk, POS, in-store ordering, checkout, or payments strongly preferred
Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or equivalent practical work experience
Experience writing briefs, establishing roadmap priorities, running experiments, and driving funnel metrics
Hands-on experience architecting and scaling complex white-label or multi-brand design systems
Working knowledge of EAA/WCAG accessibility and multi-language/RTL support
Strong understanding of frontend capabilities, technical logic, and performance constraints
Experience using AI tools for research, ideation, spec creation, and high-fidelity prototyping
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
Legal right to work in France; no relocation or travel financial assistance
May be required to undergo a background check
