About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Report to the Branch and Operations Manager
Coordinate and oversee international air import shipments from origin through to final delivery
Work closely with airlines, carriers, service providers, and internal and external partners
Ensure shipments move efficiently and customer requirements are fulfilled
Maintain shipment timelines
Address operational needs
Deliver a high standard of service to Delmar's clients

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5 years of relevant experience in air freight import operations
Post-secondary education in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is considered an asset
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems
CargoWise One considered an asset
Italian language proficiency is considered an asset
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues while also working independently
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven environment
