About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Report directly to the Manager, Post Entry Services
  • File claims with CBP on behalf of importers, including Post Summary Corrections, Formal Protests, 520(d) Protests, Requests for Information (CF28/29), and additional assignments from the manager
  • Track filed claims to ensure they are actioned by CBP according to the claim requested

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Programs—Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Must possess a high school diploma
  • Knowledge of US Customs documents considered an asset
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work efficiently in a team environment, as well as independently
  • Extremely detail oriented and highly organized
  • Capable of working under pressure
