About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan, execute, and document system integration testing for hardware and software
- Validate interoperability between components within data center environments
- Test end-to-end workflows including connectivity, redundancy, and failover scenarios
- Develop and maintain detailed test plans, test cases, and validation procedures
- Conduct functional, performance, stress, and regression testing
- Identify, document, and track defects; support root-cause analysis
- Use monitoring and diagnostic tools to verify performance and identify bottlenecks
- Support pre-deployment staging and post-deployment validation activities
- Ensure systems meet performance, reliability, and compliance requirements
- Collaborate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve integration or performance issues
- Maintain accurate records of test results, integration procedures, and configurations
- Provide regular progress updates, test metrics, and recommendations to stakeholders
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- 3–7 years of experience in data center engineering, testing, or system integration
- Strong knowledge of data center power and/or cooling infrastructure
- Familiarity with testing equipment and methodologies
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills
- Mandarin speaking preferred
