About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell Siemens imaging solutions
  • Connect with key contacts throughout the assigned territory, including Diagnostic Imaging Centers, Hospitals, and Outpatient Facilities
  • Strategize and sell independently and in team environments
  • Support Delta Medical Systems' quality policy through compliance with quality management system documentation
  • Perform in-person customer meetings, site visits, presentations, and negotiations throughout New Jersey
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers
  • Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting through presenting, negotiating, and closing
  • Expand product knowledge using technical updates, product specialists, management guidance, and clinical applications
  • Monitor and manage deal-related costs against profitability targets
  • Assess customer needs and position solutions across the full product portfolio
  • Maintain post-sale communication to support customer satisfaction, retention, and future opportunities
  • Report and document sales activities, pipeline, and deals in progress
  • Achieve or exceed assigned sales quotas
  • Perform other duties assigned by the supervisor or management

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Management, or a related field; equivalent combinations of education, training, and relevant professional experience will be considered
  • 3+ years prior sales experience or 1 year of medical imaging sales experience
  • Demonstrated ability to build relationships and communicate effectively
  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Experience in medical device sales or the healthcare industry preferred
  • Must comply with customer site requirements, which may include certain vaccinations
  • Frequently travel by automobile and commercial airline to customer and company locations
  • Occasionally lift, carry, and transport materials weighing up to 25 pounds
