About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Sell surgical C-arms and associated imaging equipment and solutions to hospitals, clinics, and diagnostic imaging centers
  • Drive revenue growth by managing the full sales cycle
  • Cultivate relationships with key decision-makers and promote the surgery products portfolio
  • Participate in customer meetings, product discussions, and demonstrations, sometimes within hospital surgical operating rooms and clinical environments
  • Comply with hospital, safety, infection control, and sterile field protocols during OR visits and live surgical procedures
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships, including post-sale relations
  • Plan and execute the sales process through close, including on-site demos
  • Partner with full-line Account Executives to close surgical imaging business
  • Develop knowledge of surgery products through technical updates, product specialists, management assistance, and clinical applications
  • Achieve or exceed sales quotas
  • Control individual costs associated with each sale
  • Anticipate customer needs and promote all product lines and point-of-sale service contracts
  • Provide reporting, communications, and documentation related to sales
  • Improve market penetration of surgical mobile C-arms and urology equipment in the assigned territory

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of field sales experience
  • Self-motivated, professional, and goal-oriented with a positive attitude
  • Proven ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
  • Ability to work in hospital surgical operating rooms and clinical environments, including presence during live surgical procedures
  • Ability to comply with all hospital, safety, infection control, and sterile field protocols
  • Willingness to wear required personal protective equipment (PPE), including surgical attire
  • Experience selling capital equipment or medical devices (preferred)
  • Operating room experience (preferred)
  • Biomedical Engineering degree (preferred)
  • Ability to travel frequently, including driving to various locations
  • Ability to lift and carry light to moderately heavy objects, typically up to 25 pounds
