About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support accounting activities by reviewing or completing financial transactions and substantiations, including journal entries
  • Research and reconcile financial discrepancies with minimal supervision
  • Prepare monthly forecasts and general ledger journal entries by collecting data, analyzing and allocating costs, and preparing audit support
  • Complete ad hoc finance-related projects by coordinating tasks, researching outstanding issues, and supporting timely resolution
  • Manage Concur-related processes, including training, MCC code management, and monitoring audit rule violations
  • Support the corporate card program through accounting oversight, reporting, and process administration
  • Provide financial information to management by reviewing monthly expense activity and analyzing accounting activity
  • Perform SOX-related duties and complete surveys

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelors in Accounting or Finance and 3 years experience, or HS/GED and 7 years experience in Accounting or Finance
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • 5 years of Accounting or Finance experience preferred
  • Experience supporting accounting activities, financial transactions, substantiations, and journal entries
  • Ability to research and reconcile financial discrepancies with minimal supervision
  • Ability to prepare monthly forecasts and general ledger journal entries
  • Ability to analyze and allocate costs and prepare audit support
  • Ability to manage Concur-related processes, including training, MCC code management, and monitoring audit rule violations
