Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide exceptional customer service and a welcoming environment for patients at hearing centres
  • Optimise appointment scheduling, confirm appointments and coordinate with colleagues
  • Support hearing care professionals in hearing centres, day clinics and home visits

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Full-time availability, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
