About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Optimise appointment scheduling, confirm appointments, and coordinate with colleagues
- Support hearing care professionals in delivering customer care at hearing centres, day clinics, and during home visits
- Maintain customer records and comply with GDPR regulations
- Manage reporting tasks, including stock records
- Promote the Wellness program, accessories, and care plans through customer engagement
- Answer calls promptly and build strong customer relationships
- Maintain cleanliness and display literature appropriately in accordance with brand standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm
