  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain manual and automated test solutions throughout the software development lifecycle
  • Ensure high-quality software releases
  • Collaborate with developers, testers, architects, product owners, and domain experts
  • Translate ideas and requirements into robust software solutions
  • Plan and execute functional, regression, performance, and security testing
  • Identify defects early and improve software quality
  • Contribute to technical discussions and decisions around maintainability, performance, scalability, and software quality
  • Apply engineering best practices, automated testing, and continuous integration approaches
  • Continuously learn new technologies and improve products, testing practices, and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Professional experience in software testing or test automation
  • Experience with TestComplete, Pytest, Selemium or similar automation frameworks
  • Experience with source control and DevOps practices (Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD)
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Experience with test management tools like Spira, Xray or Zephyr
  • Experience with Azure Cloud or AWS
  • Experience in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban)
  • Experience with non-functional testing, including performance and security testing
  • English is the primary working language
  • Fresh graduates with a strong passion to learn and grow as a technical test developer are encouraged to apply
