About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond quickly and proactively to new implant enquiries
Build rapport with patients and understand their motivations, concerns and barriers to treatment
Explain the implant patient journey, indicative treatment costs and available finance/payment options
Convert enquiries into booked implant consultations
Follow up and nurture patients who are not ready to book immediately
Re-engage previous implant enquiries and identify opportunities to restart treatment journeys
Support patients comparing providers or concerned about cost, fear, timing or treatment
Maintain regular contact by phone, email and SMS
Follow up after consultations to help patients progress toward treatment
Record conversations, outcomes and next steps accurately in the CRM
Provide detailed handovers to on-site teams
Liaise with Treatment Coordinators and implant clinicians to ensure a seamless patient experience
Own the patient pipeline and prevent opportunities being lost through insufficient follow-up
Support patients across Dental Beauty Partners’ practices and help shape the new implant project

Requirements

What you’ll need

Previous experience as a Dental Treatment Coordinator, Implant Coordinator or in a similar patient-facing dental role is ideally required
Good understanding of implant dentistry
Comfortable discussing single and multiple implants and full-arch/full-mouth implant solutions at a non-clinical level
Able to recognise when questions need to be referred to a clinician
Excellent patient communication skills
Strong commercial mindset and sales ability
Ability to build trust, listen to concerns and guide patients toward decisions without undue pressure
Proactive, organised and persistent
Comfortable managing a patient pipeline over weeks or months
Ability to discuss indicative treatment costs and finance/payment options
Ability to maintain accurate CRM records
No educational credential explicitly required
