About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute multichannel CRM strategies aligned with business objectives, defining hypotheses, segmentation criteria, and tests for continuous optimization
- Prepare communication briefs for campaigns and customer journeys, ensuring consistency with the strategy and alignment with Creative and Content teams
- Develop logic-based segments that take value, behavior, and lifecycle into account
- Implement automated campaigns and journeys in the CRM platform, ensuring proper configuration and integration with other systems
- Monitor and analyze campaign results, providing recommendations to optimize content, strategy, and overall performance
- Ensure that all stages involved in assigned initiatives and projects are completed on time and aligned with business objectives
- Consolidate insights and learnings into structured reports, maintaining historical records to support strategy development and continuous process improvement
- Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Sales teams
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree completed
- Previous experience in CRM, with both strategic and operational responsibilities
- Previous experience with CRM platforms
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Experience with A/B testing, including hypothesis definition, variant development, and results analysis
- Understanding of CRM metrics, including open rate, CTR, CTOR, and conversion rate
