About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prospect daily by identifying new opportunities within the territory
  • Understand and communicate the DentalMonitoring value proposition to dental and orthodontic practices
  • Partner with customers and KOLs to understand business objectives and critical issues
  • Segment the territory to identify opportunities for new-business growth and maximize the current customer base
  • Build and execute strategic account plans to exceed sales targets, company KPIs, and objectives
  • Identify and nurture relationships with KOLs and influential customers
  • Drive local and national events, webinars, masterclasses, and study clubs
  • Develop innovative ways to drive peer-to-peer endorsement
  • Work and communicate in a multifunctional team while owning customer responsibility in the assigned area
  • Provide management with feedback on market trends and competition
  • Fully utilize the CRM to report activity
  • Travel overnight approximately 30% of the time

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field, or 5+ years of sales/business development experience
  • Strong consultative selling, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage client portfolios and drive results independently
  • Solid understanding of market trends and customer needs
  • Highly organized with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, service-oriented, and results-driven mindset
  • Comfortable with learning and selling new technologies
  • Fluent in English
  • Willingness to travel regularly
  • A car and a valid driver's license
  • Experience in the orthodontics, dental, or medical technology field is a plus
  • Experience in a scale-up environment is a plus
  • Knowledge of Gmail, Google Suite/Google Docs, CRM/Salesforce, Excel, and Apple Mac products is a plus
