About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial relationship with large-group DSO/OSO partners across the portfolio
  • Run regular account touchbases and business reviews
  • Diagnose and resolve reporting, onboarding, billing, and integration issues
  • Track account usage and performance metrics and flag declining accounts
  • Serve as executive-level point of contact for major partners, including C-suite and operations leadership
  • Represent DentalMonitoring at industry events, trade shows, and conferences
  • Lead, coach, support, and manage a special-markets team
  • Validate quarterly incentive and commission calculations before payouts
  • Lead pricing strategy and contract negotiations for large-group and OSO-wide deals
  • Partner with Legal on contract redlines, data processing agreements, and partner agreements
  • Own escalation and resolution of billing and collections issues
  • Evaluate and recommend incentive structures to drive adoption
  • Monitor competitive and regulatory developments for DSOs/OSOs and remote patient monitoring
  • Maintain accurate account data across reporting tools
  • Build and maintain reporting on account health, pipeline, and risk
  • Develop direct reports and build a bench for future account or people-leadership roles

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of proven sales experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar sales leadership role
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to adapt in an evolving environment and proactively deliver impact
  • Ability to prioritize and manage projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in necessary computer tools, including Salesforce
  • Ability to establish and maintain relationships and partnerships with internal and external clients
  • Flexibility to travel regularly to client locations, events, and with the team, up to 30%-50%
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment is a plus
  • High level of IT knowledge, including experience with dental scanners, is a plus
  • Background in med-tech, dental, and/or orthodontics is a plus
  • Experience with digital applications or products is a plus
