About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Handle customer inquiries via inbound and outbound calls, email, and chat
Serve as the first point of contact for customers
Answer existing customers’ questions about their supplementary dental insurance plans using product expertise
Support the creation and further development of the digital knowledge base
Improve and optimize processes and the customer journey within Customer Success

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience in customer service or similar customer-facing roles
Strong organizational and communication skills
Team spirit and flexibility
An open-minded, motivated attitude and willingness to help shape a dynamic company
Previous knowledge of dentistry is an advantage
Interest in insurance or willingness to learn about the industry
Ideally, proficiency with MS Office applications
Excellent German language skills (at least C1 level), both written and spoken
Fluent English
Full-time availability of exactly 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday
