About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Drive the strategic roadmap around equipment services, device connectivity, and analytics
Create a shared vision focused on results and organizational goals
Drive technical innovation and decisions
Translate multiple stakeholders’ requirements into epics and tangible input for development teams
Prioritize product backlogs across multiple teams to maximize value
Manage a group of product owners to deliver value aligned with Dentsply Sirona’s strategy
Promote agile development processes within the digital transformation process
Pioneer IoT solutions in the dental industry
Collaborate with global team members in Switzerland, the USA, and Germany

Requirements

What you’ll need

Scientific or engineering education (Master, Diploma or PhD) in software development, computer science, information technology, or related engineering areas
Experience working as product owner or project manager in an agile software development and R&D environment
Requirements engineering expertise
Proven track record of successful software releases
Experience applying agile development approaches like SCRUM
Profound experience with IoT environments, such as gRPC, MQTT, and EDGE
Experience with cloud solutions, such as SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS
Strong situational awareness and leading skills
Ability to drive cross-functional team performance
Ability to resolve structural complexity into executable development and technology packages
Agile mindset and eagerness to apply new technologies to realize business benefits
Excellent communication skills in English
Good German skills are preferable
PSPO certification or scaled SCRUM experience is a plus
Must be eligible to work in the country the position is based
