About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage product portfolios and lifecycles for dental consumables and laboratory materials, including implant, restorative, preventive, and laboratory products
  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies using market research, competitive analysis, and pricing strategy development
  • Collaborate with Sales, Global Marketing, and Global S&OP teams on demand forecasting and merchandising plans
  • Manage product-category sales targets, sales forecasts, and budgets
  • Plan, execute, and evaluate promotions while improving profitability and margins
  • Develop business cases, launch plans, and strategic recommendations for business growth
  • Support medical-device registration maintenance and new product registrations
  • Create product materials and deliver product training to sales teams
  • Plan and execute congresses, seminars, exhibitions, and customer-facing events
  • Identify, develop, and manage KOLs, including clinical collaboration and educational programs
  • Monitor distributor inventory and sales performance for implant and consumable products
  • Track product failures and returns and manage compensation proposals
  • Support complaint handling and continuous improvement
  • Respond to product inquiries from customers and internal sales organizations
  • Perform other assigned duties

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3–5 years of experience as a Sales Representative or in Marketing; Product Manager or Specialist experience preferred
  • Experience developing Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)
  • Experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industries
  • Willingness and ability to travel at least 30%
  • Fluent English preferred
  • Must be eligible to work in South Korea, the country where the position is based
  • Ability to understand and adhere to compliance requirements
  • Product, market, sales, systems, and internal process knowledge required for effective sales and operations
