About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop, review, and approve graphic materials and packaging solutions
- Develop new layouts and packaging materials, taking technical, regulatory, quality, cost, and production requirements into account
- Create, review, and approve final artwork for cartons, package inserts, labels, blisters, aluminum tubes, and other graphic materials
- Control and monitor the approval workflow for artwork and packaging materials in the SmartSolve system
- Liaise with suppliers regarding the review, adjustment, approval, and production follow-up of graphic materials
- Create physical or digital mockups for Marketing, projects, and product development
- Propose improvements to packaging materials and processes, focusing on cost reduction, quality, sustainability, and deviation resolution
- Support the investigation and resolution of packaging-related issues by contributing technical analyses and corrective actions
- Stay up to date on standards, corporate guidelines, technical specifications, and trends related to packaging and graphic materials
- Ensure the organization, updating, and traceability of files, specifications, and artwork versions
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and the development of new packaging materials
Requirements
What you’ll need- High school diploma
- Technical or higher education in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Product Design, or related fields is desirable
- At least 3 years of experience creating, developing, or approving packaging and graphic materials is desirable
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign and/or CorelDRAW
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Basic English is desirable
- Experience with artwork approval processes, graphic suppliers, and version control will be considered an advantage
- Knowledge of the SmartSolve system will be considered an advantage
