About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead SD portions of large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and global rollouts
Own SAP OTC solution architecture and design
Act as global process owner for OTC, covering order management, pricing, shipping, billing, and revenue handoff
Define and maintain global OTC process standards, templates, and governance models
Oversee S/4 process leads supporting global process design, testing, and implementation
Provide senior oversight across SAP SD configuration areas including pricing, order management, delivery, billing, and ATP
Lead end-to-end OTC process design across R2R, P2P, and EWM/TM
Champion adoption of S/4HANA innovations including Fiori apps, advanced ATP, simplified data models, and real-time analytics
Advise Sales and Operations leadership on process and system strategy
Translate business, regulatory, and commercial requirements into scalable SAP OTC solutions
Support roadmap discussions, investment cases, and proposal or business-case development
Build and scale high-performing, diverse SAP OTC teams
Coach, provide feedback, and mentor team members while developing future leaders and succession pipelines
Set expectations, goals, and development plans aligned with ERP priorities and delivery standards
Foster accountability, collaboration, inclusion, and continuous learning
Align with Corporate and Local Business leads on initiatives and projects to consolidate and harmonize business processes
Perform additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, or Information Systems
10+ years of SAP SD / OTC experience, including SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations
Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA Sales & Distribution and Order-to-Cash processes
Strong understanding of SD–FI integration, including billing and revenue flows
Proven experience leading large, complex ERP transformation programs and other financial initiatives
Operational expertise or a background in an operational department at supervisor level
Advanced English (C1)
Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Experience with FSCM Credit Management or complex pricing models
Experience in manufacturing, life sciences, or global distribution environments
Strong executive communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
Anticipated travel of 20-30% in normal circumstances
Must be eligible to work in the country the position is based
