About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) projects
- Monitor and manage service agreements with operations and maintenance contractors
- Ensure technical solutions meet business requirements
- Procure and lead consultants and contractors
- Own project budgets and schedules
- Coordinate internal and external technical resources
- Contribute to the development of facilities’ technical standards and long-term maintenance strategies
- Provide technical support to the Head of Facilities
- Ensure projects comply with applicable authority requirements and regulations
- Participate in audits
- Lead and contribute to energy-efficiency initiatives and projects
- Manage operations and maintenance of two facilities encompassing laboratories, cleanrooms, production areas, warehouses, offices and a restaurant
Requirements
What you’ll need- Relevant technical education or equivalent experience
- Several years of relevant professional experience
- Experience leading facilities or industrial projects
- Experience coordinating and leading contractors
- Experience with technical installations in facilities
- Good understanding of and experience with HVAC systems
- Fluent Swedish and English
- Experience working in cleanroom environments and medical technology operations
- Knowledge of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
- Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) / building automation
- Experience with energy optimization and energy-efficiency projects
- Eligible to work in the country where the position is based
