Key responsibilities & impact

Support cross-functional teams with RFIs, pitch materials, and strategic growth initiatives
Collaborate across Practice Areas to identify new opportunities and centralize growth efforts
Coordinate with lead-gen team to create outreach campaigns to accelerate growth opportunities
Support vetting and qualification of inbound opportunities through background research
Develop integrated pitch processes, playbooks, and templates
Partner with SMEs and Practice Area leads to source and refine thought leadership content
Ensure alignment between marketing programs and prospect motivations
Support event strategies aligned with the targeting approach

What you’ll need

Minimum 2-4 years of experience in new business growth and development, ideally in advertising, digital media, ad-tech, or client-side marketing with a focus on project or process execution
Experience contributing to successful pitch efforts within the last 18 months
Solid understanding of new business processes and marketing best practices
Proficiency with collaboration and marketing tools such as MS Teams, Salesforce.com, Google Suite and project management platforms
Strong writing and editorial skills with attention to detail
Ability to work cross-functionally and foster collaboration across Practice Areas
