About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide leadership across client, agency, technology, implementation-partner, and company teams
Facilitate decisions, align priorities and dependencies, manage escalation, and maintain accountability across complex cross-functional work
Lead complex client engagements and the end-to-end Workfront implementation roadmap from discovery and requirements through planning, launch, adoption, and optimization
Manage milestones, dependencies, resources, budgets, scope, risks, and delivery quality
Lead process discovery and design scalable workflows spanning intake, briefing, planning, resourcing, creative development, production, review and approval, asset management, publishing, and delivery
Connect client and agency workflows with company operating models, controls, data, and reporting requirements
Define and govern Workfront project templates, task structures, roles, approval gates, permissions, reporting, dashboards, resource visibility, and change requests
Coordinate requirements and integrations across Workfront, AEM Assets/DAM, Adobe Express, Adobe Fusion, Frame.io, SharePoint, and relevant systems
Own implementation planning, RAID management, user acceptance testing, issue resolution, launch readiness, training, onboarding, communications, and transition to operations
Monitor adoption and workflow effectiveness, maintain an optimization roadmap, and identify automation and AI-enabled workflow opportunities
Manage and develop project management talent and maintain financial and resource discipline
Represent project management in senior leadership and new business discussions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant experience
8–10 years of project management, delivery, or operational transformation experience
1–3 years in a leadership role within an integrated agency, marketing, professional services, or similarly fast-paced environment
Experience leading complex integrated engagements and technology or business-change implementations from discovery through launch, adoption, and optimization
Ability to influence senior and C-level stakeholders and drive decisions across client, agency, technology, and implementation teams
Advanced experience leading process discovery and translating business requirements into future-state workflows, platform requirements, governance, roles, and measurable solutions
Mandatory hands-on proficiency with Adobe Workfront
Mandatory working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Assets/DAM and Adobe Express
Experience defining integration requirements across workflow, asset management, collaboration, content, activation, and enterprise business systems, including SharePoint where applicable
Experience leading RAID management, testing/UAT, launch readiness, change management, training, onboarding, and adoption measurement
Strong financial, organizational, communication, facilitation, negotiation, and presentation skills
Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
