About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Set the creative vision and standards for a major health and wellness account with a focus on women's health
- Partner with agency and client leadership to shape the business and raise creative ambition
- Lead integrated work across brand, social, content, creator and influencer, digital, retail, commerce, experiential, CRM, OOH, and video
- Build trust and create clear, empathetic, inclusive, and motivating work for sensitive health topics
- Serve as senior creative partner to the client and provide executive-level presentations and counsel
- Build, mentor, and inspire multidisciplinary creative teams
- Guide teams from insight and ideation through production and launch
- Partner with strategy, medical, legal, regulatory, account leadership, production, media, experience, and commerce teams
- Use innovation, technology, and AI to improve creative exploration, personalization, production, and relevance
- Identify organic growth opportunities and help shape new briefs, capabilities, and ways of working
- Oversee creative scoping, team allocation, delivery risks, barriers, and quality across concurrent projects
- Report directly to the US Chief Creative Officer
Requirements
What you’ll need- 15+ years of experience in creative leadership within an agency, brand, health, wellness, consumer, or related environment
- Demonstrated experience leading health and wellness work; experience in women's health or an adjacent category is strongly preferred
- Portfolio showing standout integrated work across brand and channel ecosystems, including several of: social, content, retail, commerce, digital, experiential, OOH, video, CRM, creator, and influencer
- Proven ability to build a central creative idea and adapt it across the full customer journey
- Experience leading large, multidisciplinary teams and complex client relationships
- Strong presentation and communication skills, including engaging senior stakeholders and defending creative recommendations
- Comfort working within regulated or high-scrutiny categories and collaborating with medical, legal, and regulatory partners
- Track record of attracting, developing, and retaining high-performing creative talent
- Bachelor's degree in advertising, design, marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
