About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Elevate and ensure creative excellence through production on assigned accounts
  • Lead high-stakes productions independently or with junior producer support while upholding high craft standards
  • Lead content productions with A-list directors/partners, celebrity talent, multiple workstreams, and media
  • Keep stakeholders informed and educate them on the production process when needed
  • Advocate for improved communication and work processes across disciplines
  • Lead discovery and vetting for large engagements, scope projects, define requirements and success metrics, and develop production solutions within budget
  • Review statements of work drafted by project management
  • Partner with Business Affairs throughout discovery and production
  • Lead post-project summary meetings and recommend ways to apply learnings across the department and disciplines
  • Elevate creative concepts into stronger executions across technology, video, social, experiential, or combined formats
  • Cultivate relationships with outside partners and maintain a broad production network
  • Oversee multidisciplinary producers and their inputs when needed
  • Assign and brief projects, oversee processes and deliverables, vendor casting, bid analysis, SOW/estimate writing, organization, meetings, risk assessment, time management, scoping, and actualization
  • Mentor junior producers and develop their creative problem-solving skills
  • Share inspirational work, innovative technology solutions, and industry best practices
  • Use agency technology and department production tools, including templates, hot sheets, status documents, and wrap reports

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Candidates must be authorized to work and reside in the United States
  • Must be available to work during Eastern Time (ET) business hours
  • Customer wellness, healthcare, or health-adjacent industry experience is required
  • Expert at navigating agency systems and managing complex, integrated, multi-disciplinary executions
  • Experience leading high-stakes productions over $1 million
  • Expertise leading content productions with A-list directors/partners, celebrity talent, multiple workstreams, and media
  • Ability to scope projects, define requirements and success metrics, and develop production solutions within budget parameters
  • Ability to understand statements of work with clear scope, risk, assumptions, and deliverables
  • Full understanding of AICP and AICE bid format
  • Comprehensive knowledge of SAG-AFTRA guidelines, including talent usage and payment considerations
  • Clear understanding of production technology and implementation for efficiencies
  • Effective communication and presentation skills, including presenting to large audiences and senior-level clients
  • Ability to lead clients through complex and high-risk productions
  • Organized and detailed, able to manage an always-on, fast-paced retail client
  • 12+ years' experience scoping and managing large productions ($1 million+) as an integrated producer focused on content (broadcast, social, and still)
  • Experience in digital and/or experiential is a plus
