Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent university degree
Advanced English (C1 preferred / solid B2+ minimum)
Junior profile: up to 1 year of hands-on experience building on the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and LWC/Aura
Re-skilling Software Engineer profile: foundation in object-oriented programming (Java, C#, Python) or full-stack web development (JavaScript/TypeScript), plus recent specialized Salesforce training such as a Master's degree, intensive bootcamp, or official certifications
Familiarity with Git workflows, automated testing, and CI/CD tools
Understanding of design patterns, clean code principles, and relational databases
Interest in Salesforce AI technologies, Agentic AI, Generative AI, Prompt Engineering, Agentforce, Prompt Builder, or Einstein Studio
Curiosity for cloud architecture and proactive problem-solving
