About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead small and midsized projects while supporting large integrated projects
  • Elevate creative ideas and find versatile production solutions
  • Determine feasibility within budget, timing, and scope
  • Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, creators, editors, and animators
  • Mentor junior talent and share production knowledge
  • Develop and curate a network of production partners and resources
  • Run integrated productions under $500,000, including vendor procurement and management
  • Ensure overall quality of deliverables and workstreams
  • Partner with Business Affairs from concept to delivery
  • Evaluate AICP and AICE bid formats for accuracy
  • Secure permits, releases, usage terms, and rights clearances
  • Track and actualize production budgets
  • Apply basic knowledge of SAG-AFTRA talent guidelines, usage terms, and payments
  • Manage meetings, notes, status reports, task lists, and deadline tracking
  • Anticipate project trajectories and create strategic plans
  • Lead post-project summaries and share production learnings

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 3 years minimum agency or production experience
  • Demonstrated experience producing small to midsize projects independently
  • Experience developing production specs and schedules
  • Experience leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
  • Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions
  • Endlessly curious, production-obsessed, and always chasing clever solutions
  • This is a hybrid role, requiring 3 days per week in the office
  • Candidates must reside in New York City
