About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Draft and negotiate complex commercial agreements, including CXM contracts, media service agreements, personal data processing agreements and other contracts
- Manage and maintain records of corporate matters
- Advise on intellectual property law relating to the IT sector, advertising laws and competition law
- Advise on AI compliance, AI development and legal terms for AI tools
- Support the General Counsel in maintaining a risk register
- Provide legal and strategic advice to stakeholders
- Support internal investigations
- Collaborate closely with business units and train them on relevant legal and compliance topics and processes
- Advise on temporary employment, labor lease, nearshoring and offshoring matters
- Support and handle personal data protection questions
- Develop practical solutions and collaborate closely with business units and stakeholders
- Manage and liaise with external lawyers and consultants
Requirements
What you’ll need- Very good academic record
- Extensive post-qualification experience (approximately 6 years), with law firm experience
- Swiss bar admission
- Strong commercial and economic understanding, negotiating skills and a confident manner when dealing with stakeholders
- Significant experience and knowledge of key legal principles relating to specialist areas of law
- Experience in risk management and managing compliance programs
- Good knowledge of corporate governance
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Solid knowledge of intellectual property law
- Solid knowledge of applicable legislation around AI
- Willingness to work closely with the business and support it as a strategic partner
- Results-oriented and efficient approach
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Excellent team player
- Business fluent in English and German; fluency in French is a plus
- High resilience and flexibility
