About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the primary day-to-day client contact for influencer marketing initiatives
- Develop, present, and optimize influencer strategies across clients and categories
- Forecast campaign impact and KPIs, tying performance to business outcomes
- Review and guide creative concepts, messaging, and ongoing optimization
- Manage and mentor junior team members, supporting development and growth planning
- Support influencer negotiations, contracting, and legal coordination
- Oversee budgets, invoicing, quality control, and compliance, including FTC guidelines
- Analyze performance data and report on progress against client revenue goals
- Identify process improvements and organic growth opportunities
- Collaborate cross-functionally across Dentsu and support new business efforts as needed
- Lead influencer campaigns end-to-end with limited oversight
- Lead creative brainstorms and guide strategic direction to meet client goals
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3 years minimum relevant agency experience
- Proven influencer marketing and project management experience
- Hands-on experience with platforms such as CreatorIQ, Captiv8, or similar
- Experience managing teams, budgets, and contracts
- Strong communication, organization, and prioritization skills
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously with attention to detail
- Growth-minded, collaborative, and accountable leadership style
- Proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
