About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as the technical authority for the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem across the enterprise estate
Lead platform adoption across creative, marketing, and operations teams
Design and configure solutions hands-on with platform administrators, developers, and implementation partners
Own the estate-wide adoption roadmap through proof of concept, pilot, scale, and continuous evolution
Design and configure pilot solutions and hand them to support teams for scaled rollout
Identify automation and generative AI use cases to increase creative capacity
Develop training materials, playbooks, and office hours
Track adoption metrics and report progress and value to leadership
Define and maintain reference architectures, integration patterns, and configuration standards
Design and configure Workfront and AEM Assets integration for unified content operations and automated asset lifecycle management
Ensure solutions follow Adobe security, role-based access, and data governance best practices
Lead architecture for instance consolidation and migration
Establish template governance models balancing brand standards and production speed
Serve as final escalation point for complex issues across Workfront, AEM Assets, AEM as a Cloud Service, Photoshop, and Firefly
Define the triage model for support issues
Perform root cause analysis and design lasting fixes
Partner with Adobe Support and account teams on product defects
Advise internal leadership, Global Platforms, and business unit owners
Translate technical constraints into executive-level business trade-offs
Facilitate alignment between local platform owners and central governance
Direct supporting administrators, developers, and partners within an Agile delivery model

Requirements

What you’ll need

7+ years of experience in enterprise platform architecture, with at least 4 years focused on Adobe Experience Cloud
Proven expertise in Adobe Workfront and AEM Assets, including direct, practical experience configuring and administering both platforms
Working knowledge of AEM as a Cloud Service architecture, including author, publish, and dispatcher tiers, Cloud Manager, and CI/CD pipelines
Experience working across multiple instances or a federated platform estate
Experience resolving complex platform issues across multiple integrated systems
Demonstrated success leading platform adoption or change management programs at scale
Experience directing or coordinating administrators, developers, or implementation partners
Strong executive communication skills, with the ability to present trade-offs clearly and concisely
Adobe certifications (AEM Architect, Workfront Core Developer, or equivalent) preferred
Experience with Workfront Fusion, Adobe I/O, and Adobe Firefly Services APIs preferred
Background in agency or multi-brand environments with federated platform ownership preferred
Experience with instance consolidation or platform migration programs preferred
Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and React for front-end integration discussions preferred
