About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as the subject matter expert for assigned projects, programs, and clients
- Train other staff in areas of expertise
- Operationalize research tasks
- Manage small-scale projects and contribute to management of large projects
- Troubleshoot and solve project management issues
- Manage data collection processes
- Develop literature searches, search terms, summary tools, and summarization/reporting processes
- Summarize literature for internal references and external deliverables
- Assist with research protocols and procedures
- Prepare IRB, FDA, and sponsor documents and reports
- Manage development and review of reports and deliverables
- Assist in translating scientific results into abstracts, papers, and presentations
- Communicate and collaborate with site partners and internal departments
- Develop and manage work instructions and SOPs
- Manage client communications, proposals, and client relations
- Prioritize tasks against daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual deadlines
- Support budget monitoring and grant administration
- Facilitate project and team meetings
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1–3 years related project management experience required
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects effectively
- High attention to detail
- Ability to contribute to multiple projects effectively and independently
- Ability to demonstrate excellent work with minimal supervision
- Ability to apply critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks, apply research methods, and conduct general research
- Intermediate to expert proficiency in Microsoft product suite
- Strong knowledge of spreadsheet and database programs and other Microsoft Office products
