About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serve as intermediary between the Supply Chain Value Stream, clinical departments, vendors, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, Accounts Payable, and Infor Cloudsuite ERP
- Document and optimize Supply Chain department processes and interactions involving the ERP, business owners, operators, and system users
- Identify and analyze significant opportunities across Clinical Inventory Access, Purchasing, Vendor Set-ups, Receiving, Distribution, and Accounts Payable
- Review, analyze, and report on Supply Chain data for departments, leadership, and improvement activities
- Act as subject matter expert for Item Master inventory set-ups and process impacts
- Act as subject matter expert for vendor set-ups and process impacts within the ERP
- Act as subject matter expert for EDI (GHX) set-ups and processes
- Plan and implement supply chain optimization projects focused on Item Master, Vendor, and ERM set-ups and updates
- Liaise between Supply Chain and ERP/IT teams regarding Infor Cloudsuite, ERM technology, enhancements, and upgrades
- Report to the Director of Supply Chain
- Participate in testing
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree required
- 1–3 years prior experience as a user or analyst within Lawson or similar ERM within the Supply Chain Value Stream: Clinical Space, Purchasing, Receiving, Distribution, and/or Accounts Payable required
- 1–3 years prior experience as a user or analyst of databases requiring reporting, optimization, maintenance, and/or attribute or field set-ups required
- 1–3 years prior experience in data collection, reporting, and/or analytics required
- 1–3 years experience analyzing and improving supply chain data, information, and processes
- 1–3 years significant experience improving all aspects of the supply chain using continuous improvement tools, including standard work, observation, and root cause analysis
- Strong data collection and analytics skills to identify trends, mitigate risks, and improve product delivery
- Prior work experience using Kanban boards, Gemba walks, and A3 Problem Solving
- High-level understanding of business relationships between all supply chain processes
- Lean (Continuous Improvement) certification strongly preferred but not necessary
- Supply Chain Management certification strongly preferred but not necessary
- Professional communication skills for communicating technical aspects to business owners and business process needs to technical support and vendors
- Exceptional ability to conceptualize large-picture projects and foresee challenges and needs
- Working understanding of databases, ERP set-ups, and ERP maintenance required
- Prior experience with Infor Cloudsuite, MSCM, inventory management and reporting, and/or RFID suites strongly preferred
- Must live in Colorado
