About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Serve as project manager and thought partner to the Associate Provost for Student Success and Accreditation
  • Develop and maintain accreditation documentation and reporting timelines
  • Guide academic and co-curricular units in adhering to accreditation reporting schedules
  • Manage files required for Higher Learning Commission accreditation, specialized accreditation, and licensure documentation
  • Schedule itineraries for accreditation and Academic Program Review reviewers
  • Support review, revision, and catalog presentation of learning outcomes
  • Manage accreditation and Academic Program Review expenses and process reimbursements, honoraria, food and beverages, and awards
  • Supervise one Academic Program and System Administrator, setting annual goals and prioritizing long-term plans
  • Create quarterly and annual assessment reports for DePaul leadership
  • Coordinate cross-functional student success initiatives with university partners
  • Develop update presentations about student success initiatives for boards, councils, and committees
  • Create communications about awards and accomplishments related to student success initiatives
  • Maintain student success expense records and Academic Affairs files
  • Occasionally develop and facilitate student surveys and focus groups
  • Monitor and track departmental operating budgets of approximately $890,000

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Master’s degree (M.A./M.S.)
  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in higher education office environments
  • Substantial experience with office productivity tools
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines and motivate others to do so
  • Commitment to collaborative teamwork and diversity in the workplace
  • Experience working successfully in higher education on short- and long-term projects
  • Experience in database maintenance
  • Experience with CRM and visual design tools
  • Conversant in Microsoft Office products
  • Preferred experience with PeopleSoft and Tableau
  • Excellent writing, editing, communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated project/program management skills
  • Fluency in basic budgeting process documentation
  • Knowledge of diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices in higher education
