About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
  • Set overarching visual strategy and design principles across digital, brand, and product touchpoints
  • Oversee the evolution of global design systems for scalability, accessibility, and visual sophistication
  • Partner with C-suite executives and key client stakeholders to solve complex business challenges through design
  • Ensure technical feasibility and strategic alignment from ideation to launch
  • Advocate for design excellence and monitor industry trends and emerging technologies such as AI and spatial design
  • Refine design workflows and philosophies to improve quality, agility, and profitability
  • Generate strategic insights and moodboards
  • Drive complex digital projects from kickoff to completion, exceeding client expectations within budget and deadlines
  • Establish project direction and craft guidelines; assist with production as needed
  • Build and maintain relationships with client decision-makers and internal and external stakeholders
  • Mentor team members and contribute ideas to improve company operations and processes

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 5+ years of experience in visual and interactive design for global brands, with at least 4 years in a dedicated leadership position
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
  • Mastery of Figma, including components, variants, and auto layout
  • Familiarity with Hubspot, Google Suite, and Slack
  • Strong knowledge and experience in visual design, user-centered experience design, interaction design, and brand development
  • Experience developing and maintaining a robust design system
  • Ability to provide strategic vision and creative inspiration to large, diverse teams
  • Excellent public speaking and presentation skills
  • Highly detail-oriented, proactive, comfortable navigating complex organizations, and focused on strategic problem-solving and process efficiency
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
