About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Lead end-to-end development and delivery of awareness-focused Paid Social programs across Meta Ads
  • Co-create and drive the global Paid Social roadmap with strategists, project managers, and media planners
  • Act as senior lead across client and internal touchpoints across United States and United Kingdom teams
  • Oversee teams translating brand and product strategy into activation plans
  • Lead integration of brand lift study data into broader marketing and performance strategies
  • Align with client stakeholders on budgets, KPIs, and planned versus delivered outcomes
  • Serve as the strategic voice within the cross-functional team
  • Own and nurture senior-level client relationships
  • Provide resourcing recommendations and monitor team effectiveness and bandwidth
  • Build strong client and team relationships and serve as the Paid Social strategy and activation expert
  • Launch expanded teams, break down silos, and build unified processes and documentation
  • Push innovation through targeting models, measurement approaches, and platform features
  • Supervise employees, including interviewing, hiring, training, assigning work, appraising performance, and resolving problems

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in consumer media or performance marketing, ideally at a leading agency, consultancy, or platform
  • Deep understanding of Paid Social mechanics and how audience, creative, and measurement impact each other
  • Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams of specialists with accountability for strategy, performance, and operational quality
  • Ability to navigate client-side marketing, measurement, and planning teams
  • Analytical mindset with experience using data to tell stories, inform decisions, and optimize investments
  • Experience working with complex, matrixed client organizations with multiple stakeholders and objectives
  • Profound comprehension of brand lift studies, including setup, measurement, and translating learnings into tests or future iterations
  • Extensive knowledge of Meta Ads activation and strategy
  • Willingness to travel to client sites on a quarterly basis
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree of education relevant to the industry
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals
  • Ability to present information and respond to questions from managers, clients, customers, and the general public
