About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead Partner Operations Analysts
- Work directly on the operations and resolution of requests from Decolar’s partner hotels and inns
- Ensure a positive experience for partner hotels and inns
- Configure the extranet
- Load rates and promotions
- Manage payments, reservations, and cancellations
- Organize priorities and develop the team
- Take ownership of cases requiring greater experience or cross-functional coordination
- Ensure every request is diagnosed, assigned to an owner, and followed through to resolution
- Continue managing cases even when resolution depends on another team
- Free Market Managers to focus on partner relationships, negotiations, and portfolio growth
Requirements
What you’ll need- Analytical and solution-oriented profile
- Leadership experience
- Experience leading Partner Operations Analysts
- Ability to resolve operational requests from hotels and inns
- Ability to organize priorities and follow requests through to resolution
