About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the hotel chain portfolio
  • Build executive relationships with commercial directors, revenue managers, distribution managers, and key accounts
  • Own the portfolio’s commercial performance end to end, including revenue, share, conversion, and retention
  • Lead negotiations on rates, inventory, paid media, promotions, and commercial terms
  • Close annual agreements, tactical campaigns, and placement on high-conversion pages
  • Provide market analysis, benchmarks, and consultative recommendations
  • Lead business reviews and optimization calls with measurable action plans
  • Build analyses in Excel, Metabase, and Power BI, turning data into commercial decisions
  • Educate partners on product, pricing, and distribution
  • Bring market insights to Product, Revenue, and Operations teams, influencing the roadmap
  • Represent Decolar at trade shows, events, and field visits
  • Create engagement projects and local activations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 6 to 10 years of experience managing B2B portfolios in a consultative capacity within travel tech, online hospitality, SaaS, digital media, or adjacent industries
  • Significant exposure to national or international hotel chains
  • Proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders in complex corporate environments
  • Demonstrated track record of achieving quarterly and annual targets, with measurable results in revenue, share, or retention
  • Fluency in CRM and disciplined book-of-business management
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Metabase skills; SQL knowledge is a plus
  • Knowledge of Channel Managers, APIs, pricing, revenue management, inventory management, and chain parity
  • Ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels
  • Autonomy and ownership in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Availability for frequent travel within the assigned region
  • Native Portuguese; English required; Spanish is a plus
  • Passion for travel and the online hospitality business
